How to apply Makeup on Eyes step by step guide

How to apply Makeup on Eyes step-by-step Guide?

We all know the importance of makeup. We must put it on whether we go out or want to feel more sociable. But when it comes to applying makeup to our eyes, it can be a bit tricky. Luckily, we have collected a few tips to help you out.

A step-by-step guide to Eyes Makeup

To apply makeup to your eyes step by step, you’ll need:

Cleansing

If you have oily skin, it is essential to cleanse your face before applying makeup so that the makeup will not slide off. Then, you can use a facial wash or toner, whichever is more comfortable for you. If you have dry skin, skip this step and go to step 2.

Foundation

The foundation is the most critical part of applying makeup to your eyes. It needs to be thin enough to not cake on your skin but thick enough to cover any blemishes and make your eyes look more open and awake. Apply your foundation using your fingertips or a brush, blending well into the skin. If you are using a brush, be sure to use circular motions to get even coverage.

Concealer

Concealer is essential for covering up any blemishes and dark circles. Apply it with a brush or fingertips, blending well into the skin. Be sure to apply it evenly, both under and around your eyes.

Eyebrow powder

For thin eyebrows, it is vital to use eyebrow powder to help them appear thicker. Use a brush to apply the powder in a light layer to your eyebrows. Be sure not to apply too much, or it will look like you are wearing makeup instead of just doing your eyes.

Eyebrow pencil

If you have fuller eyebrows, it is essential to use an eyebrow pencil to help them appear thinner. Use a brush to apply the pencil in a light layer to your eyebrows. Be sure not to apply too much, or it will look like you are wearing makeup instead of just doing your eyes.

Eyeshadow

Eyeshadow is one of the most adaptable makeup items you can use on your eyes. You can use it to create a natural look or to add depth and definition.

  1. Start by applying an all-over shadow base using your fingers or a brush, blending well into the skin.
  2. Then, start adding different shades of eye shadow in the following order: light, bronzer, brown, matte black, and finally, blue or green.
  3. Use light pressure when applying these shades so as not to crease them.

Eyeliner

Eyeliner is another essential makeup item for your eyes. It can be used to create a natural look or to add depth and definition. To apply eyeliner:

  1. Start by drawing a line just above your lashes line.
  2. Use a brush to fill in bars with a darker color.
  3. Make sure not to get any of the liners on your eyebrows or eyelid.

Mascara

Try using mascara if you want to add extra length and volume to your lashes. Start wetting your eyelashes before applying mascara, making it easier to put on smoothly. Apply a thin coat of mascara directly onto your lashes (do not WET YOUR EYELASHES AGAIN), and let it dry before applying any other makeup. Look for mascaras that offer volumizing properties for an even more pronounced effect.

Fake Lashes

If you’re looking for a fancy or dramatic look, try using fake lashes. Fake lashes are available in various styles, from straight to curled.

  1. To apply them, start by separating your natural lashes into two groups.
  2. Next, curl one group of lashes and place them on top of the other group.
  3. Now, curl your lashes with an eyelash curler even further.
  4. Next, apply mascara to your natural lash base and finish with false lashes.
